We are a full service maintenance and remodeling company specializing in decks, additions, siding, siding replacements,window and door replacement and termite and water damage repair.
Our main focus is always on quality and honesty. We use subcontractors for all mechanical trades such as HVAC and plumbing on the larger projects. We are fully licensed and insured.We offer free estimates and a 10 percent discount for all new customers.
We require a 50 percent up front deposit on jobs under $20,000.00 with the balance being paid upon completion of the project. On bigger projects we will usually hash out a payment schedule that the customer is comfortable with like thirds or quarters.
